Product Faqs

Q: What are the best conditions for Snow Oyster mushrooms to fruit?
A: Snow Oysters prefer 60–75°F with high humidity (85%+) and indirect light. Adequate airflow helps build firm stems and wide caps, reducing risk of elongated growth.

Q: How long does it take to grow Snow Oyster mushrooms?
A: Colonization typically takes 10–14 days. Fruiting can begin as early as 5–7 days after full colonization under proper conditions.

Q: Can this be used outdoors?
A: This grow kit is intended for indoor use to control temperature, humidity, and contamination risk. If using outdoors, a greenhouse or humidity tent is recommended.

Q: How do I cook and store Snow Oyster mushrooms?
A: Harvest clusters before the caps flatten fully. Store in a paper bag in the fridge and use within a week. Sauté, grill, or stir-fry for best texture and flavor.
