Product Faqs

Q: Is this kit beginner-friendly?
A: Yes! It’s designed to be simple—even for first-time mushroom growers. Just inject the culture, incubate, and watch the mycelium do the work.

Q: How long does it take for Antler Reishi to grow?
A: Reishi is a slow-growing mushroom. Colonization may take 3–4 weeks. Fruiting can take an additional 30–60 days depending on environmental conditions like humidity and airflow.

Q: Can I eat Antler Reishi mushrooms fresh?
A: Reishi is not eaten fresh due to its tough, woody texture. It’s best used dried for teas, tinctures, or powdered extracts.

Q: Do I need to sterilize anything?
A: Nope! The grow bag is already sterilized and sealed. Just work cleanly during inoculation—use gloves, alcohol wipes, and sanitize your needle.

Q: How do I prepare Reishi mushrooms after harvesting?
A: Once fully mature, slice and dehydrate the mushrooms. They can then be steeped as tea or processed into powder or tincture for supplementation.

Q: Why is this kit eco-friendly?
A: It’s made using organic ingredients like alder hardwood and soy hulls, with minimal packaging waste. We focus on renewable materials from top to bottom.
